Use this Log for recording comments or complaints received from patrons or members of the public. Staff may record a new comment or complaint, and may see the summary list of all comments, but only Administration has access to the entries once they are made.

- This log works very much like our original "Blog".
- Staff who recieve a comment or complaint from the public, whether about a library service, parking, the library neighborhood, etc. should record the patrons comments as fully as possible.
- In order to protect people from unsubstantiated accusations and to allow Admin to record followup activities we have made the full records inaccessible to all except Admin staff. If you make a mistake, contact admin staff to have it corrected. If you need to add more detail you can do that via a second log entry.
